Daughter of the Sun by Laura Greenwood is a Egyptian Mythology story that I listened to on audio narrated by Sterling LeGrand-Carney. This is the second book in the Forgotten Gods series and can be read as a stand-alone.
I absolutely love Laura’s books. Effie Calvin and Brenda Scott Wlazlo are a powerful force to be reckoned with. Daughter of the Sun is a thoroughly enjoyable ride, and Brenda's performance in this sequel to The Queen of Ieflaria is killer.
